1. Players will register to be a Proprietor or an Investor. One or the other, as you cannot take both roles at the same time.
2. A set fee will be paid to the Registration, Licensing and Memberships office for a Proprietors License or an Investors License.

INVESTORS – Players funding wagers only
3. Players will receive a coin that is appraised by the Coin Appraisal Authority (CAA) to be of equal value to their investing deposit.
4. Players then enter the ZapTrap Wagering System (ZTWS) and search for funding requests from Proprietors looking to place wagers on rounds.
5. After a review of the wagers requested to be made by the Proprietors, and of the Proprietors’ Wagering Profile, set terms and agree to fund wagers.

Example:
6. Proprietor requests a moneyline wager on IC-QR1-RED (meaning: Individuals Circuit-Quarter Round 1-Red Station wins) at 1,000ZD
7. This means the next Individuals Circuit – Quarter Round 1 that occurs after the wager has officially been entered
8. On agreement to fund the wager, the Investor sets terms: right to file, receive 10% share of payout or pay 50ZD on loss
9. This means that, upon agreement, the investor will be filing the wager on behalf of the Proprietor

10. On wager matching results, Investor receives 200% ARV on their coin, 2,000ZD payout
11. No marketing agreements are offered on investor filings
12. Proprietor then receives a 2,000ZD payout, less 1,800ZD to Investor, for a final payout of 200ZD

13. On wager not matching results, Investor receives a 10% ARV on their coin, 100ZD payout
14. Proprietor then receives no payout, and must pay the Investor 50ZD due to loss
15. Proprietor now receives an invoice from the Investor for 900ZD due to loss
16. Proprietor can pay the invoice, or opt to work off the remaining balance by completing 2 shifts at one of the stores in the ZapTrap Outlets
17. Proprietor will be barred from playing ZapTrap or wagering on rounds until the invoice has been paid to the Investor
